Terms and Conditions
Available Weeks:
Weekly reservations are for eight days and seven nights. If you check in on a Saturday you check out on a Saturday. Weeks are available on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations:
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, with availability opening on the first day of the month you wish to travel. Check-In days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for 7 nights.
PAYMENT:
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTIFICATION OF RESERVATION. Payment may be made via Credit Card, Bank Deposit, Bank Wire, Cashier’s Check or PayPal.
CREDIT CARD USAGE:
Reservations may be cancelled 45 days in advance. We do not allow refunds. Guests may rebook within 1 year dependent upon availability. For Holiday Season Reservations, we do not allow rebooking. If you need to cancel, you will want to find someone to use your reservation or notify us and we will do our best to find a new guest for your week. Thus allowing you to rebook your reservation for the following Holiday Season based upon availability. Travel insurance is available from 3rd party providers.
DELIVERY:
Within 48 hours of payment clearance you will receive the Resort Confirmation in your name and a corresponding Check-In document to provide to the front desk for check-in.
CANCELLATIONS:
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS. ALL CHANGES MADE TO YOUR RESERVATION MUST OCCUR AT LEAST 45 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT TO USE YOUR WEEK.
OTHER POLICIES:
ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH CUSTOMERS WILL BE DONE IN ENGLISH.
